brooke WPColoratura Soprano Brooke Iva Lohman is an active recitalist and performer in Southern California. She received her Bachelor degree in Vocal Performance from California Baptist University and has been working with Riverside Lyric Opera since 2010. Past roles and performances include Gilda “Rigoletto”, Rosina “Barber of Seville”, Lakmé, “Lakmé”, Genevieve cover “Suor Angelica”, Mabel “Pirates of Penzance”, Josephine “HMS Pinafore”, Lauretta cover “Gianni Schicchi”, Maria “West Side Story”, “La Boheme”, “La Traviata”, “Ernani”, John Adams' “A Flowering Tree”, “Amahl and the Night Visitors”, and “Cavalleria Rusticana”. She has been soprano soloist in Handel's Messiah and Mozart's Requiem as well as singing in Vaughn Williams Hodie, Walton's Belshazzars Feast, Durufle's Requiem, Haydn's “The Creation”, and Poulenc's “Gloria”. Currently, she sings with Pacific Chorale, is an active Christmas Caroler with The Desert Carolers, performs out-reach programs with opera group Operazzi, and is Soprano Soloist and Section Leader at Red Hill Lutheran Church in Tustin.
