Registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, RLO is a Riverside-based opera company whose mission is to enrich lives through operatic performances that involve our Inland Empire communities in all aspects of the productions, while reaching out to the larger operatic community for artistic support and recognition.  Under the guidance of our artistic director Manuel Alberto Aybar, RLO 2008-2009 performances included Donizetti’s “Lucia di Lammermoor” and J. S. Bach's "Ich Habe Genug."  With full orchestra and professional principals from our region, all were staged in our local community.   Our 2009-2010 season showcase spresentations of Mozart’s “Magic Flute,” Verdi’s “La Traviata,” Humperdinck’s “Hansel and Gretel,” and Purcell's "Dido and Aeneas" in addition to concert-style operatic and chamber music performances.
